Primary Responsibilities:The main function of the person who will work as a Teaching assistant is to form students in relation with the school mission*, core values ​​and characteristics of the student profile of the “XXI Century International Education and Innovation Center” LLC, taking into account the age and learning status of students and to:to provide support to the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management.to assist with classroom activities and lessons.to work with individual students who require additional or modified instruction.to administer assessments and quizzes to students.to grade tests and homework and completes other clerical work related to classroom operations.to prepare communication folders to be sent home with students.to monitor students when the lead teacher is out of the classroom.to escort students to other areas of the school such as the cafeteria, playground, gym, or other classrooms; monitors their behavior during recess and lunchtime.to assist with student drop-off and pickup.occcasionally works as a substitute teacher.to perform other duties as assigned.
