• Coordinate closely with the PRE Design Team and provide technical expertise to support the smooth execution and progress of site activities.Monitor and oversee architectural construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.Attend and contribute to project progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.Prepare regular site progress reports, providing updates on project milestones, risks, challenges, and recommended actions.Review site issues and propose practical, timely solutions in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to ensure project objectives are maintained.Support effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.Reports directly to the Project Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong portfolio focused on Hotels, Residences, or large-scale Mixed-Use projects. At least 2 years of experience working in an international project environment, preferably involving multicultural teams and global design standards. Strong background in construction, project management, and stakeholder management. In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations and market trends. Experience in quality assurance and compliance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of local building regulations and planning approval processes. Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
