• Note 6-month contract with the possibility of extension Outsourced position through IRES IRES is currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join one of our client's teams in Baku. Please note that this is an outsourced position . The selected candidate will be officially employed by IRES and assigned to work on-site at the client's premises for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of further extension . Key Responsibilities: Manage the full PR-to-PO procurement cycle Conduct cost analysis and prepare procurement reports Manage tendering and quotation processes Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers Conduct supplier performance and commercial evaluations Support contract preparation, administration and follow-up Ensure procurement activities comply with internal procedures and applicable legislation Maintain accurate procurement records and data in ERP systems Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures Good understanding of relevant procurement legislation Experience working with ERP systems Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills Fluency in Azerbaijani and English Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment Employment Terms: Employment type: Outsourced through IRES Contract duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension Work model: Full-time, on-site Location: Baku Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
