• About the Role BlackWell is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement in support of our operations in the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential new suppliers to expand the supplier base Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures Communicate, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions Discuss pricing, product quality, delivery deadlines, expectations, and technical specifications with suppliers Collect price quotations from local and international suppliers Negotiate with suppliers and optimize pricing Conducting international market research, identifying potential overseas suppliers, and gathering information on products, services, and pricing. Managing international procurement processes, handling correspondence and negotiations with international suppliers, placing purchase orders, and monitoring order execution. Coordinate import and customs processes with the logistics team Execute procurement operations in the ERP system Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services Participate in tender, bidding, and MRO processes Candidate Requirements University degree Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector (mandatory) Proven experience in procurement Knowledge of ERP systems Solid understanding of Incoterms Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Professional development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button with the subject line “Procurement Specialist” .
