• IRES is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head of Human Resources for one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the Group-wide HR strategy, ensuring consistent and effective HR practices across multiple business entities, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the Group-wide HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives; Provide strategic HR leadership across all companies within the Group, ensuring alignment and consistency of HR practices; Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies, frameworks, and processes, taking into account the specific needs of each business entity; Partner with Group leadership and company heads on organizational development, workforce strategy, talent management, and other people-related matters; Lead and develop the Group HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality HR service delivery; Monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and key people metrics to support data-driven decision-making; Establish and oversee the Group’s HR operating model, governance, policies, processes, and standards; Identify opportunities to harmonize, optimize, and improve HR processes across the Group; Provide strategic oversight of HR budgets, resources, systems, and technology to ensure an efficient and scalable HR function. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; 10+ years of HR experience , including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role ; Strong experience in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations; Proven leadership and people management capabilities; Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills; Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices; Fluency in Azerbaijani and English .
