• JOB ACCOUNTABILITY· Supervise all fit-out and civil works activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards · Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of site works and materials · Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals · Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions · Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC records: inspection reports, logs, NCRs, and checklists · Ensure project quality plans and procedures are implemented on-site· Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality objectives · Report to the QA/QC Manager on all quality-related issues and updates · Provide technical support and guidance to ensure proper execution of high-end fit-out works · Support handover documentation, snagging, and final inspections for project closeout
