• SAMT LLC is currently looking for a Cost Controller to join its team.📍 Location: Sumgait / KhiziKey Responsibilities:Maintain accounting records for production costs and ensure accurate calculation of product cost;Carry out accounting and valuation processes for finished goods, semi-finished products, and work in progress (WIP);Analyze standard and actual cost indicators and prepare variance reports;Account for direct and indirect production costs and ensure their allocation by cost centers;Monitor the accuracy of warehouse and production operations and participate in inventory counts;Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports;Provide production cost and accounting information during audits and tax inspections;Coordinate with the Production Department and ensure proper archiving of relevant documents;Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities;Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes related to production.📩 Interested candidates can send their CVs to recruitment@samt.az with “Cost Controller” in the subject line.📅 Application deadline: October 15, 2026

• Requirements: University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in cost accounting or cost controlling; Good knowledge of IFRS; Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs; Written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills; High level of responsibility and effective communication skills; Strong understanding of production costing, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
