• Oversee and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.Develop and implement F&B strategies, operational plans, and procedures in line with the hotel’s business objectives.Manage daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.Monitor F&B revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary.Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to ensure high performance and service standards.Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve the overall dining experience.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and effective event and banquet execution.Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships in coordination with relevant departments.Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
