• Category ManagementDevelop and implement long-term and short-term category strategies aligned with company goals.Analyze sales, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize assortment and category performance.Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product listing, pricing, promotions, and delisting.Balance sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and stock turnover.Lead initiatives to optimize ranging, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.Supplier & Import ManagementSource and develop products with domestic and international suppliers (in cooperation with Import team).Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, promotional support, and other commercial conditions.Manage key supplier relationships and evaluate performance based on cost, quality, service, and innovation.Ensure execution of commercial contracts and timely collection of agreed supplier income.Commercial PlanningLead annual budgets, forecasts, category plans, and promotional calendars.Own category sales, margin, revenue, and key commercial KPIs.Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective execution.

• 5+ years of experience in category management, buying, import procurement, commercial management, light household goods categories preferably in retail. Bachelor’s degree; Strong understanding of retail category management, local and international trade, sourcing, and logistics . Experience with international brand management (taking into account local market specifics) Excellent negotiation, analytical, commercial, and project management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail analytics tools . Flexibility and willingness to travel Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
